[THIN] OT: backup methods with library

I am setting up a tape library and was wondering about strategy and methods
for setting up the tapes and drives, etc.  it has 2 drives and 30 tape
slots.  does anyone know of a good article on this?  i have read the arc
serve documentation but it doesn't really give you any idea on backup
methods etc.  any help would be most appreciated.
