[THIN] OT: Wireless WPA w/PEAP

We are trying to setup wireless using WPA with TKIP using PEAP
authentication.  It works now for any user in the built-in
Administrators group within Active Directory, but fails for normal
domain user accounts.  Does anybody know what the permission or setting
is required for a general user to be able to authenticate to AD via
wireless?
