So for servers and or clients (VDI). Only WinXP (really lean) or Linux could be a 'small' vm Vista would be medium And almost any server would be large. One more reason that I ask is this way is that I follow the Hyper-V forums pretty closely and there are lots of folks that don't seem to think very much about creating 30Gb, 60Gb, or larger virtual disks. I don't know if this just becuase of platform and new folks becoming exposed. I also see people talking of virtualizing Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint and using virtual disks instead of passthrough disks. any comments on all that Steve? (BTW - Thanks!!)
