[THIN] OT: Recommendations for Decent Affordable Help Desk

Anyone care to suggest a decent, relatively affordable
Help Desk for a mid-sized organization? i.e., <$25K
for 60 help desk users tracking 2,000 people. Remedy
would be nice, but it'd be about $100K for us, so I
need something slightly less costly.
