[THIN] OT: Quick IE Question

Hello,
I am trying to setup an image of my citrix server where by default IE
should open maxmized for all users. I know that if I myself wanted to
set this to work, I could just size the IE window with my mouse and then
hold the ctrl key and click exit. However, I am trying to set this up
for all users by default and include it in my image. Anybody know how I
can do this? Reg hack, or Group Policy???
