Something like a combination of mrtg and Router2CGI will help you
pinpoint traffic problems down to the port on the switch if it's a
single machine doing the broadcasting...it can be obtained here:

Got something on one of our subnets broadcasting like a good-un..


Problem is, its not by design and we would really like to track down the
culprit...
