[THIN] OT: LLS error

I am getting the following error message on a server running a pervasive
database server. We have been havign problems lately with the server and i
found these.
Event ID: 213
Source: License Manager
Description: Replication of license information failed because the
license logging service on server <servername> could not be contacted.
There are lots of these errors constantly. I can't find any reason why the
server cannot talk to ehe server it is trying to talk too. Has anyone ever
seen this before. Technet says to find out why the servers can't talk but
they can. So i don't know where to go from there.
