[THIN] OT: How To Recreate Power Users Group

Sorry if this is basic, but does anyone know how to recreate the domain's
Power Users group (AD)? I've found some orphaned SID references in various
file ACLs and can see that they reference what once was the Power Users
group. I've tried recreating a group called Power Users, but I still get the
orphaned ACL reference, so I'm assuming that the group I'm creating has a
different SID. Any ideas?
