[THIN] Re: OT: Exchange/Outlook problem

Try making an entry in his address book for his pager address (instead of
the custom recipient). Make a custom rule that will forward any messages to:
or cc: to him to his pager address (from the address book entry). This
should work, I have setup rules to forward to internet mail accounts using
this method.
