[THIN] OT: Exchange Out of Office Message

I have a client where some users Out Of Office Assitant Message doesn't work
internally. I am pretty sure it is an Exchange issue since the problem
happens no matter what machine the user sets the out of office from. The out
of office message is set since we get the would you like to turn off the out
of office message when you launch outlook and there are no client side
rules. We are running a single Exchange 2000 server with SP3, W2K SP3, and
Outlook 2000 SP3.
