Nope. Nothing changed on that server.

Not unless you have the full install of Exchange running on that
server. Did anyone change anything? Did anyone change the
authentication type for the server/site?

If I reinstall it from the exchange server CD, will that affect the
actuall exchange and email?

Troubleshooting OWA problems can be something of a pain. It's often
quicker and easier to either re-install OWA on the server and
re-exchange service pack it, or go back to your last known good
metabase backup in IIS.

I have an exchange 5.5 server and at one time the Outlook Web Access
was working now I can go to the address of the server and get to the
iis welcome page but if i put the /exchange it doesn't work. Anyoen
got any ideas on why this would stop working or where I can start
looking?

thanks,
