Do you have multiple Exchange servers? If so, then you will have to
edit the Directory object, and select Check Consistency. It's
located under the server object in the Exchange directory.

Also, what is the exact error message you are getting when the client
attempts to log in?

Chris

I checked the trusts. They are still fine. What is a KCC check?

I would check the domain trusts again. Also, have you run a KCC check =
=3D on your Exchange 5.5 directory lately?

don't =3D want to =3D3D have to do it again.

Hello Michael,

change the user Outlook configuration.

For Outlook XP:
Control Panel
Mail
E-Mail Accounts
View or change existing E-Mail accounts
Select Microsoft Exchange Server and Click Change
More Settings
In the advanced tab select "None" for the logon network security save =
=3D changes

Restart Outlook and you will get an login box.

This is just a workaround, but it works.

Regards

Oliver Woell
