I would check the domain trusts again.  Also, have you run a KCC check =
on your Exchange 5.5 directory lately?

Yeah that's what we have been doing. They are ticked about it. They say =
=3D they have already done all that to get into citrix and they don't =
want to =3D have to do it again.

Hello Michael,

change the user Outlook configuration.

For Outlook XP:
Control Panel
Mail
E-Mail Accounts
View or change existing E-Mail accounts
Select Microsoft Exchange Server and Click Change
More Settings
In the advanced tab select "None" for the logon network security save =
changes

Restart Outlook and you will get an login box.

This is just a workaround, but it works.
