Perhaps if after using the "polite" approach suggested by others of ensuring 
that his machine is Firewalled/Virus controlled doesn't work, try deleting 
half of his HDD and blaming it on a virus.

If nobody else in the org has that problem it can "only" have been his line 
that introduced the virus, and he was lucky that it didn't spread further.

If you are feeling particularly vindictive - don't back up his system first.
