He asked about a profile path, whiuch is a basic option in AD Users and 
Computers, thats the kind of stuff these programs update.  Not stuff inside a 
profile, that's entirely differnt.

For TS profiles, or just for regular profiles?  So far the only utility that 
I've found (that's free) is TSAdmin.exe...
 
If there's a better free utility for editing TS properties, I'm all ears...  
Hopefully it's a command line utility (so it can be scripted)..

Hyena and Dameware NT Utilities do this, as well as many other things in bulk.  
You can download free trials.

I have a tool that will update any TS settings for the members of a given group 
or for any list of users that can be fed in as a text file. You're welcome to a 
copy if it would be useful.
