IN Norway TV Rocks. When I was there for the CUG event in Norway I was
watching Law and Order, and all types of other American shows with like no
commercials. Here in the states you get a 3 minute break every 12 minutes
and nothing but 6-8 commercials.

NORWAY!
only way for commercials is to have it inbetween first and second
half, unless they broadcast from abroad...
