I don't think there is a place in the standard GPO's to do it. The registry value to set is: HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\DeleteRoamingCache = 1 (REG_DWORD) You could create an ADM that has the setting and add it to your GPO, too.
