[THIN] Re: Novell Integration

We're not using passthru as the users have to re-type their username/password
when Program Neighborhood pops up. The real problem is that they'll log in,
get their application set, hit refresh, and then come back and tell them that
their credentials are incorrect. Or, sometimes, they'll not even get their
application set because of supposed incorrect credentials. It been hard to
track down.

This problem plauged the client all of yesterday, and today Ive not heard a
peep. We're still going to look at the DLU/Zenworks path and if that works,
we'll re-do the farm (which shouldnt be a huge deal since all 1 million of
their apps are installed already). If not, Im going to have to call up Citrix
to try to get some kind of resolution as a single day of every week of not
having a reliable way to get to their applications is unacceptable.

Thanks for your input.
