4.83 SP1 have isuess on w2k TSE. look at

i have this issues running Netware 6, W2K SP3, and 4.83 + SP1
and currently testing one box with 4.83 SP2 ....
I tested one box with 4.81 (backrev from 4.83, and 4.83 with no patches) but
the problem ocurs also (reboot or halt in nicm.sys)
I used 4.81 with Netware 5.0 and 5.1 on W2k sp2 and there was no issues.
