[THIN] Not allowing logons HELP

Windows 2003 pre sp1, CMFPSv3 r04
For some reason we have 2 servers in a silo (the only 2 in that silo)
that just started getting :
Cannot connect to the citrix metaframe server
The citrix metaframe server is not available, please try again later.
All the other servers and silos in the farm respond fine.
We have tried restarting IMA/XML no luck.
Can rdp in.
For a little while one of them started allowing logons again then
stopped.
We most likely will have to reboot but I don't want to if I can.
Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch.
