[THIN] Nfuse question

Citrix Xpe backend with a Nfuse 1.7 front end using Citrix secure gateway.
For some reason users have to type their password and username in twice
before they can get logged in. I watched them and I know they are not
typing their password in wrong. Is this a known bug?
