[THIN] Nfuse and User Authentication

Please excuse what is probably a dumb question but I just can't seem to find 
the information I need.  
 
I have an Nfuse (Windows Interface) server that my users log into and it serves 
up published apps for the users.  I need to set up one published app to prompt 
for username and password.  The rest of the apps uses pass through 
authentication and works fine.  Is there a way I can set up one published app 
to prompt for username and password?
