Hi,

Use the Microsoft print migrator (printmig 3.1) to migrate all the queus and
printer drivers from the old to the new print server.

For the users, their printer mappings are stored under
HKCU\printers\connections so it wouldn't be too hard to list the key names
(printer shares names) and run a script on logon to remap the printers to
the new server.

If you're not sure how to do this I can probably help (but I'll be on planes
etc for the next couple of days).

Alternatively, if you shut of the old print server and rename the new one to
the old name, you wouldn't have to do anything.
