[THIN] New free app: Service monitor

Free app: monitor selected services for termination via pop-up window. 
Application provides means of unattended service restart. Based on WMI, no 
install (requires VB6 runtime). Compatibility: 95 through 2003 (as long as 
WMI is supported). WMI capable authentication is assumed.

Potential uses: monitor Print spooler or IMA service with optional 
unattended restart.

Download at www.tekworkshop.com. Look for "Service Monitor" or 
"servmon.exe".
