Checking the existance of the network drive (querying
\\client\<clientnetworkdriveletter>$) and then mapping it is an idea to dig in.

You could just use a simple script on your TS box to query the existance
of
the client drives and then map them using
net use <driveletter>: \\client\<clientnetworkdriveletter>$
