I don't know those answers. :)

You might need to "sniff" some packets, using something like Ethereal. Maybe 
the CDN has information on the different channels, and by comparing those 
protocols with your packets, you can get a better idea of what's going on..

which part of the channel is for printing, which part is data, etc.....
