[THIN] NT4 TSE Pop-up adds

Does anyone know of an easy way to deal with pop-up ads. This actually
never used to be an issue, but lately the frequency of the ads is getting to
be an issue. Is there a better way than a hostfile or is this the easiest.
Additionally if I use a hostfile (127.0.0.1) what happens when the adserver
tries to find itself (i.e. pull up a blank window), and will the users end
up closing blank windows instead of pop-up ads?
