[THIN] NFuse not starting apps correctly

Server: W2K SP2, XPe SP2
IIS: W2K SPW iis version5
When a client has logged on to a NFuse site and tries to start an
application the ICA file download will sometimes hang, if you cancel the
download and try to start the same application again it works fine. This
wont occure everytime you start an app, just now and then, bet when it
happens it can happen on any client OS and version of ICA client.
Any suggestions?
