[THIN] NFUSE Issue

I have several users across the country trying to get into a particular app on 
our servers.  The servers are all up and running with users in them, but when a 
few users try to run the app from our nfuse page they get the initializing 
window and then it goes away and nothing happens.  I had them save the 
launch.ica file to there desktop and try running it from there and it doesn't 
work.  I had them email me that same file and I am able to run it from my 
machine with no problems.  

Any ideas?
