[THIN] NFUSE 1.7 Icons Missing

Why does my NFUSE 1.7 (w/Security patch) server not show the application
icons, just a box with a red X in it. I suspect IISLOCKDown tool did this to
me but I don't know where to fix the permissions and what to change them to.
