My Metaframe CD doesn't have that, a full search on the CD for *MSDE*
returned nothing. If you can send me a link that would be great.

It should be located on the CD under <cdrom>:\MetaFrame\W2K\MSDE For
MetaFrame, however there is no .cmd to run just an MSI file - MSDE For
MetaFrame.MSI. If you can't find it, I'll send you a link to download
it.
