OK that is the first time I've sent a blank message to the list in years! Lets
try again.

I found a cool feature of Flexwiki that lets me copy the contents of a page
from another site (like the thin.net) to a new page on thinwiki.com and then
put a Redirect:http://linktothesite... statement at the top of the new page and
ThinWiki.com will then make the content of the other site fully searchable!
What this means is that we now have a very quick way of making a search for
everyone to find items not only on my sites but on other sites on the web
concerning Thin Computing and you can search from one spot! The benefits here
are that the search is aimed only at content on Thin/SBC sites. So for example
I have done this for all of the downloads pages on the thin.net

If you are looking for a certain file like TSCmd for example, all you need to
do is search for TScmd and it will give you hits on the page of the thin.net
(or whatever site we have put in that file is on!

Here is the searchbox code you can put on your site if you like or copy to a
html file and use to search.

<form method="get"
action="http://thethin.net/flexwiki/search.aspx?namespace=ThinWiki";>
<FONT FACE="ARIAL"><FONT SIZE="1"><font color="#000000">Search ThinWiki</Font>
<input style="display: none" type="text"  name="namespace" value ="ThinWiki">
<input size="30" type="text"  name="search" value =""><br>
<INPUT type="submit"><font color="#000000"> </font>
</form>

I would also like to reiterate that http://thinwiki.com will remain a free site
and there will be no advertising on this site whatsoever. It is a site for the
community. You are allowed to change it, edit it and add content and pages to
it as you see fit. Please use it! I have also put a search box for Thinwiki on
the home page of the thin.net for ease if you forget where the site is.

I suggest trying this search first if you are looking for a certain file or
document as you will find you get pretty good results.

Regards,
Jim Kenzig
