[THIN] Modify default Outlook form for all users

I have a unified messaging application that modified the default form on
all my Citrix server for Outlook when you read or create an e-mail That
application has seen been retired and uninstalled, but a few of the
buttons that default form added are still in every users profile.
Anyone know how I could get rid of these buttons and/or go back to the
default form for all users?
