[THIN] Mixed Citrix farm - AD & NDS

I've never done this before so I don't know if there are any caveats so I
would appreciate advice. Can I have 2 different web interface instances
with one authenticating via Microsoft AD and the other authenticating with
Novell NDS, which then point to a single farm that have some servers with
the Novell client for NDS users and only AD for the remainder?
