I believe there's a taskbar icon problem with programs written in Borland
Delphi (like most of mine!) but I thought the progblem was no icon ever, not
just when minimised. As far as I know, there isn't a fix.

Subject: [THIN] Minimizing seamless published application

Hello all

Has anyone see a problem were minimizing a published application that is
running in a seamless window makes the task bar icon disappear?

I have a MetaFrame XP FR2 environment with thin clients. Users are running
a full screen remote desktop published app. To access some resource
intensive applications on another server they use NFuse within their remote
desktop ICA session.

The NFuse portal is set to use seamless windows for the published
applications. I've noticed that when I launch a published application and
then minimize it, it disappears from the task bar. The ICA session is
still actively running on the server, I just can't see it. If I set the
published application to use a Percentage of Screen Size it can be
minimized and maximised successfully.

This doesn't occur when on a standard desktop PC, only when I'm launching
the published application from within a ICA session.

Cheers
