Look in the PS4 Admin guide (or is it the Advanced Admin Guide). Either
way, there are instructions on how to migrate the DS from Access to SQL or
Oracle. It's fairly simple and for the most part can be done while users
are still connected. No need to schedule an outage.

Subject: [THIN] Migrate Access datastore
Need to move off Access/Jet datastore hosted a XP 1.0 server in my
mixed farm (there are also PS 4.0 servers in the same farm/zone yes I
know that's not ideal) to a SQL Server elsewhere on the network. Any
tips on where to get started/pitfalls?
