[THIN] Re: MetaFrame 1.8 / Presentation Server 3.0 Transition

The original TS License Server IS the original Citrix Server.  It will be shut 
down after the migration, go through a hardware upgrade, then be re-loaded from 
scratch and brought into the server farm as a new server.  

Thus, the new server will need to be the license server, and will be live prior 
to the migration on the same domain as the existing License Server.
