If your simply running IIS and the STA, the performance impact is
minimal. I do agree though I hate running IIS on a Terminal Server but
dedicating a box for the STA is overkill also. I've also had more
problems tryingn to get STA working on an existing web server than it's
worth. It'll be nice when the next version of Metaframe comes out, the
STA is builtin.

Yep - you'll need to install IIS as well to get it to work tho'
obviously.

You could argue that IIS isn't a service you should be running on an
active TS box, depends what your usage and performance expectations are.

Hi all,

Can the Secure Ticket Authority and MetaFrame XP FR3 reside on the same
server?
Any issues?
