[THIN] Mapisp32.exe Slow To Open

I'm currently having a problem with a number of users. Everyone can open
Outlook which is running from one Citrix server.

Everyone by default has 'Seconds Until Server Connection Timeout' = 30
seconds.

For some people, when they open Outlook, they get a timeout message. For
others, there's no problem at all (LAN & WAN clients). If I modify this
value for some users to 120 seconds, they eventually connect.

I've watched in Citrix Server Admin for any differences there, and the only
difference is that the mapisp32.exe file takes a lot longer to start for
some users than others.

The environment is TS4, SP6a, MF 1.8, SP3.

Has anyone encountered this problem before or have any ideas on how to get
the mapisp32.exe to open quicker than it does now for everyone ?
