[THIN] MSDAIPP\OFFLINE Folder

Occasionally we get user profiles that are not being cleared down off
our citrix servers and are left with the single folder

 

user.name\Application Data\Microsoft\MSDAIPP\Offline\

 

which then has to be manually deleted.

 

Does anyone know why this is left? And why it only happens occasionally?
