[THIN] MS06-051/917422 issues on Windows 2000

I know this has been in the forums in a few places but there is not much
information out anywhere about this so thought I'd pass on this
KB917422 breaks a few things. Explicitly when an app asks for the windows
dir instead of returning the users windows dir it returns the system windows
directory. Of course this can cause a few problems with the like of INI
files etc.
There is a patch which you will need to request from Microsoft which is
KB924066. There is not much information available about this patch yet.
