Hi John,
Published apps have a reduced application serach path compared to apps
running under explorer. In particular, the app path extensions defined under
HKLM\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\app
paths\%application_executable_name% are not available for a published app.
The serach path for application DLLs normally includes the system PATH, the
directory containing the application and directories defined in app paths.
You've got 2 options, add the "missing" search paths to the system PATH
variable, or copy the DLLS etc in the missing directory into the
applications directory.
Regards,
Rick

Subject: [THIN] MS script debugger
I've installed MS script debugger and published the .exe exactly as the
shortcut in the start menu.
If I run from a published app debugger tells me its not installed properly
(components missing)=20
If I run from the ica desktop it launches fine.
Am I missing something or has my 4 week holiday made out of touch with
current technologies ?
John
