[THIN] MS project not opening

Hi,

I have MS project 2000 installed and I have enabled content redirection
for all the project file types. Yet any time a user double clicks on a
MS project file project launches but it gives an error message "that the
file format recognized by Microsoft Project. Microsoft Project files
(.mmp) from a version earlier than Microsoft Project 98 cannot be opened
"
