If I reactivate the license server and reinstall licenses, what sort of
problem do you think would arise from leaving this key on the MetaFrame
servers intact? Would separate licenses be issued?

Hi Hector,
This key is used the same way as with any other TS client, it contains the
servers CAL. If you shadow a user, or use the passthrough client to another
server (or looped back to itself), this CAL is required.
Had an issue recently where the passthrough client was failing to connect to
another server because of an invalid CAL. Grafted the mslicensing key from a
"working" system and life was wonderful again.
