[THIN] MS Outlook 2003

We are currently running Windows 2003 with Citrix FR3 on several servers.
The users who are using Outlook 2002 are not receiving there reminders when
Outlook is open.
 
As a test, I setup Outlook locally on the box, and the reminders dialogue
box worked.
 
I have used several command line switches to launch Outlook but without any
success.
 
Any ideas?
