For MF FR2 install on SP3 you can refer to my recent post
[THIN] Custom Transform and unattended installl FR2 - Resolution
This details how to install FR2 SP2 on a Slip streamed image of Windows 2000
SP3.
Basically, you can automate the entire install using the msi file and a custom
mst template that
you download from Citrix via FTP.
You can apply additional settings to the transform to automate the joining into
an existing farm
(silent dsn, etc....)....
You will need Orca from the SDK. The post noted above has all this
information....
