[THIN] MS Access Errors

Has anyone seen a lot of "Disk or Network Error" messages using MS Access on a
terminal server?
I see them a lot and have about four or five user per server running various
Access apps. Usually a reboot fixes it. Restarting the IMA service then
having everyone exit their access app also clears it out but not all the time.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and found a way to stop it from
happening in the first place.
Greg
