[THIN] MPS 3.0 LMC Reports

Does anyone know if the Historical Usage Reports in the LMC that ships with
MPS 3.0 require a certain edition of MPS (such as Enterprise)?  We run the
Advanced edition, and every time I try to run a report all I receive is a
"No chart generated" message.

The licenses are installed properly and I can see accurate In Use counts
under the Current Usage tab.
The Usage Log file exists and it grows over time, so I assume it is
accumulating data.

Any help would be appreciated.
