True, I agree with one exception. MPS 4 is around the corner (spring-summer). It will include support for EMF printing (among other things). ThinPrint is great, but at $1,400 a server it is extremely expensive for a product that does only 1 thing. Granted it does that one thing well. But, it does not have a centralized console, installations are done manually on each individual servers, licensing and activation is horrible (however, they will give you a special build of you have 50+ servers). What new danger lurks around the corner? :) We have a small # of servers, not 60, so the financial impact on us would be a lot smaller than on you. I just sympathize for people still fighting with printer creation, driver copying, and all the other stuff you get with vanilla TS or Metaframe printing. We were able to innoculate ourselves from those headaches, but I know not everybody can, or feel like it's worth the cost. ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor Activaeon.com Reduce licensing costs with activAeon XA and get one month completely free. http://www.activaeon.com ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thin.net/links.cfm ThinWiki community http://www.thinwiki.com *********************************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link: http://thin.net/citrixlist.cfm ******************************************************** This Weeks Sponsor Activaeon.com Reduce licensing costs with activAeon XA and get one month completely free. http://www.activaeon.com ********************************************************** Useful Thin Client Computing Links are available at: http://thin.net/links.cfm ThinWiki community http://www.thinwiki.com *********************************************************** For Archives, to Unsubscribe, Subscribe or set Digest or Vacation mode use the below link: http://thin.net/citrixlist.cfm
