We publish Notes 6.51 on XPe for 300 users. We keep the user's settings
(notes.ini) on a network share that gets mapped during login. The "Working
Directory" is the same network share. This setup works great. The only
drawback is if the user saves a large attachments to their local PC or
File server it may take awhile over the WAN.

The last version of Notes that I deployed on terminal server was 4.6.
It's fairly messy, but I can look up my notes (no pun intended) and
send them to you.
I haven't worked with Notes since R5, but it was pretty much the same
as 4.6, so my notes should still be relevant. I haven't seen R6, so
I've no clue if my info would be pertinent to R6 at all.
